1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility. CILV-FM, LiVE 88.5 – Newcap Radio (the "Station") has yet to determine the expiry date of ’Pimp My Biz’ (the “Contest”) however it reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time. Any material changes will be broadcast on the Station and posted on its official website (www.livelifelive.fm), within the Contest section. The Contest is open to legal Canadian residents, 19 years of age and older, residing in Ontario or Quebec. The business registering in this contest must have a gross annual income under $2,000,000 and have less then 25 full time employees. There is no purchase necessary to enter or to win. Employees or agents of the Station, all other Newcap Radio stations in Canada, or any entity associated with the Contest, as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agent, may not participate.

2. The Prize. The approximate retail value of the ‘Prize’ is $50,000.00 CAD. There is a total of 01 prize to be won. Participants may enter by registering their company online at www.livelifelive.fm. All entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges. The panel will consist of members of each of the 4 partners. The odds of winning the Prize will depend on the number of total entries received. Only one Winner will be selected. Winners of the Contest are not eligible to win another Prize with the Station until exactly one year (365 days) from the date won. All sales, prize and other taxes, gratuities and any other incidentals associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. The Prize is nontransferable or exchangeable and may not be substituted, except by sponsors for reasons of unavailability. In which case, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The Station assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, loss, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. The Station is not responsible for replacing the Prize under any circumstances.

3. Conditions/Restrictions. In order to be declared a ‘Winner’, the selected participant will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by the Station. Each Winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to the Station. Each Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, including a publicity release, as prepared by the Station prior to receiving their prize. Each winner will be responsible for any additional taxes or fees that result from the receipt and/or use of their prize. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the Contest will be disqualified.

4. Conditions/Restrictions. The Station is not responsible for errors, problems or delays in the mail, internet, or telephone systems that may prevent callers or entries from reaching the Station. Decisions of the Station judges are final. All entries will be private, confidential and exclusively owned by live 88.5. The application form will have an opt in box asking if entrants have an interest in being contacted by business service providers. Each supplier, k6, Ottawa kiosk, metro and live will be listed. If selected, the full application will be forwarded to the designated party(ies) by live 88.5 upon conclusion of the promotion. Entries will not be utilized as leads and businesses shall not be contacted by any of the founders/campaign partners unless they are selected as finalists or have opted to be contacted by service line.

5. Release and Indemnification. In exchange for the right to participate in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and indemnify the K6 Media, Metro News, Ottawa Kiosk, the Station, Newcap Radio and its officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant's participation in the Contest.

6. Rules. Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification. Copies of these rules are available on the Station's website (www.livelifelive.fm) under the Contest listing, in person at the Station's studios (6 Antares Dr. Ottawa, Ontario K2E 8A9) during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm), or by sending a request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to the Station at this address.
